WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions leader, today announced it will be releasing 2015’s Fortune 500 Top 100 Employment Brands report on October 14. This is the second annual report from WilsonHCG that evaluates the employment brands of all Fortune 500 companies.
“We are excited to share the 2015 rankings and findings, and explore changes from the previous year,” CEO, John Wilson said. “This year’s report further solidifies the importance employment branding plays when attracting and retaining talent.”
The report analyzes employment branding data collected and names both organizations and industries that impress in the employment branding arena. The top 100 Fortune 500 employment brands were ranked based on six categories: career pages, job boards, employee reviews and candidate experience, corporate social responsibility, accolades and recruitment marketing. This year’s report will uncover new findings and provides insight into what organizations can do to innovate their current employment brand and become an employer-of-choice. Findings of the report coupled with the current state of employment allow us to better predict and prepare for upcoming workforce trends and changes.
