The Global Recruiter: The next wave of recruitment technology

As technology continues to evolve, recruiters must adapt, balancing the efficiency of automation while preserving the human aspects of the hiring process.

That’s according to Lee White, director of strategic sourcing, EMEA, who wrote an article about the next wave of recruitment technology in The Global Recruiter.

“It’s hard to predict what the future holds, particularly with the role of generative AI still relatively unclear. However, one thing is certain; the future lies in automation and integration,” White explained.

“This evolution won’t remove the need for recruiters as the human element in recruitment is critical,” he added.
