RPOA: The role technology plays in providing greater workforce visibility 

Technology can help drive change when it comes to talent acquisition because it provides organizations with the insights needed to develop successful talent acquisition that will help them to not only reach but exceed their goals.

That’s the view of Kim Pope, Kim Pope, Chief Operating Officer at WilsonHCG, who made the comments when speaking to journalists at the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) about total talent and the role technology plays in this approach.

Pope, who leads the global delivery team to develop solutions to help our clients create proactive talent acquisition strategies that fuel growth and innovation, said the data needs to be utilized though as all too often, HR and talent acquisition teams collect masses of data but don't analyze it properly.

“It's so much easier now than it was five years ago," she added. The technology component is one of the easiest ways to help drive change because it provides companies with the insights they need to see where talent acquisition strategies must evolve.
