Who is auditing the adoption of generative AI at work?
Michael Beygelman, EVP of Product, and Alicia O’Brien, SVP of innovation & customer success, answered this exact question during an interview with journalists from WorkLife.
Beygelman said most companies lack effective risk management, leading to general policies that are difficult to enforce, and don’t audit AI usage regularly.
“Governance, change management, and training can all help set the standard on how things are used and also not meant to be used,” O’Brien added.
