Employer preferences are shifting to hybrid work, according to Charles Faigle, EVP of talent solutions at WilsonHCG.
When speaking to reporters at TechTarget, Faigle said: “What employers want is the ability to have workers on-site when needed. It's all about flexibility within their workforce.”
He also reviewed the latest data from WilsonHCG’s talent intelligence and labor market analytics platform.
The data found that the number of hybrid job postings has doubled over the last 18 to 24 months, now accounting for 2% of all US job postings.
