Craig Sweeney discusses the importance of investing in employer brand

Employer brand is no longer a nice-to-have - it's a business imperative, according to Craig  Sweeney, SVP Global Strategic Talent Solutions at WilsonHCG.

He made the comments during an interview with journalists at TALiNT International about the value of employer brand.  

 "There’s been a huge shift in candidate mindset over the past few years. Candidates have essentially become consumers and now “shop” for jobs so, simply put, companies have to position themselves as employers of choice," Craig said.
