Q: How long is the program?
It's a five-week training program from start to finish.
Q: Who is the program aimed at?
It's designed for individuals in Mexico with limited professional experience or those thinking about a career change.
Q: What do I need to know in order to qualify?
- Fluency in English
- A minimum of six months of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media and competency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to commute to Guadalajara for the training program
Q: What does the program cover?
Training on a variety of recruitment systems and tools, including learning about:
- How to source candidates by using a variety of recruitment systems and sourcing tools
- How to conduct complex searches for the passive candidate market
- How to conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit
Learning methods include workshops, sprints, roleplay and assessments.
Q: Do I get hired after the program?
If you've completed everything in the academy, you get the opportunity to stay on with WilsonHCG full-time as part of our recruitment team.
