Client Big Picture Goals and Objectives:

Understand overall client goals and objectives for long-term growth, establish partnership expectations, learn the internal and external brand, corporate identify and culture.

Human Capital Results Strategy:

Identify needs across the organization, define the operating and governance structure necessary to deliver exceptional results, align service level metrics and key performance indicators to track and measure overall performance, align qualified staff to achieve a successful delivery of services.

Execution Plan:

Understand scope of the specific project, develop talent acquisition, retained search or consulting strategy, assess workforce plan and headcount needs, and develop the action plan to execute flawlessly.

Implement and Manage:

Initiate the project or engagement, which could include consulting, process re-engineering, development of employment brand, development of sourcing strategy, supplier consolidation, market research and program development, development of role profiles, screening and interview criteria, candidate assessment and selection methods, implementation of applicant tracking technology and reporting, and so on.

Successfully Complete the Project:
